Carl did an excellent job today, although the work took longer than expected he continued until it was completed to a faultless end. Had a fantastic experience with Carl from start to finish. He was quick to respond to my enquiry (many didn’t even respond at all!) and promptly called me to arrange to come round for a free quote as I had quite a selection of jobs that needed doing - from light fittings to smoke detectors to fitting an induction hob. Was quoted a detailed and reasonable price. Carl was flexible about booking in the work, arrived on time on the day, completed everything with minimum fuss and cleaned up after himself.
