I have fully reversible windows and the hinge on one of these had broken. I spoke to numerous people who suggested either it could not be fixed or they would be unable to source a replacement part. I spoke to Patrick who was confident he could source the replacement part. However he first wanted to have a go at fixing the issue. On visiting it took Patrick less than 20 minutes to fix the hinge.
