  Investigate low water pressure on kitchen cold tap

  I asked Gavin to come out to investigate why my water pressure was low on my kitchen tap. He came out to see me within a day, exactly on time and it's always a pleasure to have him in the house. He quickly identified the problem as a faulty tap and even took the trouble to go and buy me a new one from the local supplier. He fitted it within a short time and checked everything was in order and I was happy with it. He also replaced a missing butterfly clip on my washing machine waste pipe which he noticed had come off. Price was as quoted and a truly brilliant service as usual.

  Radiators installation and gas disconnection

  Contacted Gavin to quote us for 3 new radiators to be installed and to cap off and remove an existing gas heater. Throughout the whole process Gavin was brilliant, quick in attending to quote, quick in quoting, good value for money and perfect workmanship. Took great care with the house and did a very high quality job. Would fully recommend and we already have him lined up for future works.

  Radiator change and rebalance

  Really pleased with Gavins work. Work was to change an old tall radiator in a difficult position and reposition pipework to accommodate larger radiator. Very happy with the prompt friendly service. Would happily recommend.

  Replaced two old radiators

  Supplied and fitted two new Type 22 radiators for the bedrooms and capped off a redundant gas supply to a fireplace. Gavin is very professional and provided a clear and concise quotation before the booking. The work was carried out to a high standard at the quoted price, and the upgraded radiators have significantly improved the overall comfort of the home. He also cleaned the site properly completion. I recommend Barnes Plumbing and Heating without reservation.

  Leaking pipe to kitchen

  Gavin responded very promptly to our request for fixing a leaking pipe and was on site early the next day. Quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty pipe. Communication was good with costs being clearly advised up front before visiting and a confirmation text of this and the time of the visit was sent. Gavin is a very tidy and friendly worker and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
