Needed a soil pipe boxed in and plastered over. Always use Barnes Plastering for any work like this. He’s always upfront and transparent with costs and what needs to be done. Arrives on time and makes sure the work is finished to a very high standard.

We have been using Barnes Plastering for a number of years on a variety of projects, and it is difficult to overemphasise how delighted we have been with AJ, Oli and team. They are extremely conscientious, thorough, reliable and produce high quality results every time. AJ keeps us updated at every step of the work and always presents a range of options and solutions when encountering any issues. I would highly recommend Barnes Plastering and I will certainly be hiring them again for future work.

I had some bad luck with some bad builders a couple of years ago which rendered my house unregularised. Ajay and his team came to the rescue completing bathroom plumbing/fitting, radiators, electrical, building work, interlinked mains powered smoke detection system installation and plastering. The team were excellent, friendly and dedicated. No issue we uncovered was too big for them, and I'm really happy with the results (as are the council). Top marks, if I could give them 6 stars I would.

AJ and Ollie recently came to tank my ceiling and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, their communication was absolutely amazing, clear and friendly. AJ always kept me updated on what was happening. They turned what could have been a stressful job into a smooth, worry-free process. The team themselves were incredibly nice and approachable. You can tell straight away that they genuinely care about the quality of their work and their customers’ satisfaction. Their workmanship is truly second to none precise, clean, and completed to a 10/10 standard.

We had AJ and Ollie carry out a range of work at our home and couldn’t recommend them enough. They went above and beyond — spotting and treating some dry rot, then taking on several other projects, including building a small toilet, lifting our staircase, and taking down a wall. They worked quickly and professionally, keeping us informed and giving clear options that fit our budget. Despite living in the house during the two months of work, everything was kept impressively clean and they were very considerate of our neighbours. We completely trust them and will definitely have them back!

AJ and his team are brilliant - this is the second time we’ve used them and we will never use anyone else. Work it done on time to a very very high standard, the work is done in a tidy manor with a very friendly team of guys. AJ will not take any money until the work is completed and will always come in on or under his initial quote. We were told he does a good job and is not the cheapest, however the price we payed was in line with other quotes we had. If you’re looking for a plasterer, stop looking and use this guy 11/10
