Issue sorted same day, good communication and helpful engineer - would recommend and definitely use again

Fred and his colleague were both professional, timely and skilled. They did a brilliant job, worked quickly and left the place tidy. They showed us how to use the new boiler and explained the warranty. We would recommend Barlows!

Great at messaging me directly and came out very quickly to sort an emergency boiler replacement within a few working days. Took less than a working day to sort, so very grateful indeed.

Fred came and installed out Tado x smart thermostat which required a new wiring center. We also had a problem with the zoning in the house not working (never worked from buying the house). Fred troubleshooted the issue and found it had been wired in wrong. Many thanks Fred

After choosing Barlows Heating from Checkatrade, I was promptly contacted and a date set for the visit. Fred arrived on time, worked efficiently to service the boiler, was very informative and very pleasant. He also went out of his way to help us with another heating issue. We have no hesitation in recommending him -he’s Gas Safe registered- and will book him for next year’s service. Very reasonably priced too.
