Sam responded to our enquiry very quickly, came out very quickly, assessed the work required, offered choices and quotes and completed the work the next day. Sam is very professional, dedicated and easy to communicate with. He really listens and delivers what is needed without extra selling, etc. Very unintimidating (I am a woman) and affable. 100% recommend and will be using for all future plumbing and maintenance requirements in the future.
