  Replacing gas boiler

  Steve and team provided an excellent service. They reviewed what we needed to replace the existing out-dated gas boiler system. Communication was excellent. It was a tricky job, but Steve worked out a plan to fit the new boiler and flue/outlet. They tested everything - radiators, water, etc - and ensured everything was working correctly. A first-class job. I would thoroughly recommend Barbican Property Solution.

  Absolutely outstanding from start to finish no leaving job for days then comeing back Steve always answers the phone I had 3 different quotes and Barbican came up trumps and the young man Tyler was someone who you would want in your house so trustworthy all the way and exllent work spot on I am a 75 year old pensioner and would highly recommend this company
