Very kind and flexible staff. The team adapted to my specific requests on the day of the cleaning itself (e.g. cleaning the patio). I also appreciated their quick response in setting up a booking since I had to find a cleaner last minute for the very next day. One suggestion for improvement: clearly communicating expectations and standardised pricing for work conducted (e.g. price packages for deep cleaning floors, bathrooms, appliances) to avoid confusion. Otherwise, great service.

I was looking for someone to give my father’s house a thorough clean because I don’t believe that it had been properly cleaned for nearly 4 years. Bani staffing were able to fit around my timescales. They arrived promptly with all the necessary equipment. They worked round us and gave the house a very complete clean. They were very pleasant guys who I would happily recommend and would use again if I needed a similar cleaning job carrying out.
