Working with B&W property services was brilliant from start to finish. The entire team quickly confirmed why we chose to work with them. Their attention to detail, expertise, knowledge and professionalism stood out as true indicators of what was to be a very positive renovation experience. They helped and guided us through every eventuality, even with unforeseen occurrences they quickly and appropriately found solutions that made little to no impact on us or the project. The project despite a few setbacks unrelated to them, finished on time and to the highest standard. They were a pleasure!

A very smooth, stress free loft extension. Alain and his team built us two bedrooms, a shower room and store area in our loft. Communication was really excellent. We were always kept in the loop and they were all genuinely fun, polite and kind guys to have around our house. The finished article is incredibly well done. We're really delighted.

Alain and his team did a brilliant job in renovating 2 of our bedrooms, knocking down walls and reconfiguring into one brand new room for our daughter. Prior to and throughout the job he was very responsive to messages, kept me informed of timescales, gave great advice for what to do with the room and was very patient and accommodating with our 11 year old daughter’s changing asks ! His team work to the same high standards and he also recommended a painter who did an excellent job. Alain and team were a pleasure to have working in our home and I would 100% recommend them for any work.
