  We're pleased with the new ceiling and while we're not experts on roof repairs, we're satisfied with that work too. However, the job was left unfinished, and despite Billy's promise two weeks ago to clear the waste, which was already delayed due to his holiday, we had to arrange for a skip to remove the waste from our patio & driveway. This is disappointing because Billy assured us the waste would be cleared, yet insisted on full payment before completing this task. It's frustrating to have trusted him. We recommend not to fully pay this company until all agreed-upon tasks are completed.

  He came over on Saturday 15 March 2025 to quote. We agreed a price and date: Monday 17 March 2025. NO SHOW and NO PHONE CALL or explanation. This was an urgent job as I was supposed to exchange on my house tomorrow and now I can't. This charmer has the gift of the gab, who is unreliable and therefore unprofessional. AVOID AVOID AVOID

  William from the company came out and gave us a estimate about a new roof we connected two different roofing companies in Ipswich they didn’t seem to have a lot of experience so we made the right decision with B&R home improvements and got the job completed with high standards
