A competitive price and good communication from Peter (director) and a personal visit on the final day of the job. Dean surveyed and measured the job to ensure all details were correct and we were happy with everything. Pete and his team have been great throughout. At the quote stage they were knowledgeable and honest and were not all pushy from a sales perspective. The measurements and installation were carried out with minimal disruption. Every night when they finished they cleaned up after themselves and took their rubbish away with them. My name is Pete and I am the owner of B&P Building Services.
I have been installing windows and conservatories for the domestic market since 1990 and in that time, I have built up an excellent customer base with approximately 70% of my work coming from recommendations.
I give a hands on approach from start to finish for all my work and I do not use any high pressure sales tactics.
The price I say is the price you pay and I don't take any deposits from my costumers as I believe this to be bad practice.
As you can see from my profile I am a Trading Standard approved installer with awards relating to my company.
