Punctual, courteous and highly professional

After several fruitless attempts to find a company to repair a damaged water pipe, I was given the phone number for B & N Utlities Solutions Ltd. Being urgent, Lee and Ben juggled their calendar to get my repair scheduled asap, They arrived on the agreed day, at the agreed time, and sorted out, what turned out to be a more difficult job than anticipated. They completed the work with minimum inconvenience, explained the cause of the problem and the work carried out. They cleaned after completing the repair. I have no hesitation in recommending them, and would definitely use them in the future.

The guys were great. They came to quote the job within one day of me listing it. They had some good ideas to solve my problem. Came back promptly to do the work and were quick to correct a bit afterwards that I wasn't initially happy with. Very tidy and left the site neat.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. We had a major drainage issue which was from previously bad workmanship. We was recommended to use B&N utilities and they were brilliant. Very professional and talked us through everything that they needed to do, so no surprises. The issue was rectified and completed in a timely manner and without delay.
