The problem was dealt with promptly when the problem was recognized , by very efficient engineers.

They were absolutely brilliant. When planning on the repair for me they managed to sort out a date with me before my carpets were fitted, which was just perfect for me. The staff were clean, tidy and left me feeling confident everything was safe. Very professional service.

Work completed as expected.

All completed quickly and easily. Returned shortly after to replace valve.

Engineer did reasonable job but costs were very high and the main office service extremely poor, almost abusive.
