Excellent communication Great attention to detail with a beautiful floor

I want to leave Brian a great review because he was great. He spent a lot of time with me explaining the differences between all the wood flooring available and answering all my questions (I had a lot). His patience and knowledge were amazing and his quote was very excellent considering the amazing job his fitter did. He also provided me with a good supplier which had good stock at good prices and the ability to post out samples. I can’t recommend Brian highly enough and in the summer I’ll get him round to sort out my parquet flooring too!

Brian and Shawn were excellent and we will absolutely come to them again when we need more flooring fitted. We got a good quote very quickly from Brian and he was helpful and explained everything really clearly over the phone. They were so efficient and we got the job done start to finish in less than a week Shawn was brilliant, he arrived early and did a great job with the flooring. There was a small issue with one set of planks that we had bought. Perhaps someone from a different company would've ignored it but Shawn let us know and helped us work around it and the flooring looks excellent

Brian and his team were fantastic, efficient, and competitively priced. They had the whole place sorted in just two days! The final result is perfect, right down to the details in tricky corners/around architraves. Brian also handled the sourcing and delivery of the new floor after providing useful advice on the best suppliers (and who to avoid).

Our flooring installation was carried out efficiently, on the days/times previously agreed. We were kept informed throughout, and the work was completed on time. Costs were reasonable. We were very pleased with the installed flooring, which was completed immaculately, and left in a clean and tidy state. We would be pleased to recommend B&E Younger for similar work.
