I was really happy with the quote given, I paid a small deposit, the day before works was due to commence I messaged to confirm work was starting the following day, all was good. Then no-one turned up, excuse after excuse I was offered a date over a month later, really inconsiderate as I had carpets booked in to be fitted the following week and other works to be done. Bad experience overall .
