Unfortunately I was very unhappy with the work carried out. While replacing a plug socket, they put a large hole straight through the wall. They had tried to patch it up with filler but used the wrong type. The plaster later informed me that it would never have dried. Then, a week later I discovered that they had drilled two holes through my soil stack pipe while installing the outdoor light and it had been leaking. They had also put the light switch on the soil stack boxing so the wiring could have got wet. Extremely dangerous. I have asked to be reimbursed for repairs but have been ignored.

Great service - managed to help me out at really short notice. Tom checked my fuse box was safe and helped me identify the problem. Highly recommend.

An electrical survey was recently carried out at my flat. Matt was punctual, friendly and very professional, explaining as he went along what needed doing. The survey arrived promptly with recommendations higjlighted I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Tom Jason and Kaylon were friendly helpful and explained what they were doing so we felt involved and aware. Seemed to work well as a team in fixing my problem. Willing to try to find a cost effective solution. Timekeeping good. Very user friendly. Will use Bambridge Electrical again if needed in the future.
