  Leak detection and fixing leak in bathroom.

  Alister was excellent. We had a leak on a holiday Monday and he came that afternoon. The situation was tricky as the house has concrete flooring and he had to drill it to find the leak. He was trustworthy, patient, thoughtful and professional throughout. Found the leak and capped it for the night. He even got a tiler to come the next day to help drill the floor and put our bathroom floor and tiles back to rights. The tiler was also excellent. Overall, I would recommend Alister - professional, helpful and trustworthy.

  Hot water pipe leak!

  Alister of Balmoral Plumbing and Property Maintenance replied to my enquiry within about 15 minutes and was able to come the following day, a Sunday. He gave me an eta, then updated that during the morning and let me know when he was on the way. The job was relatively straightforward but he was efficient, tidy, friendly and got the job done, saving us from a potential hot watery mess. I will use him again, if needed.
