    Swift and thorough radiator replacement, would definitely recommend!

    Alister came to our rescue for a radiator replacement, following a freak failure of our previous one. After a different plumber let us down, Alister reached out swiftly after my checkatrade quote request to discuss the job. His pricing was very reasonable and he was able to book me in with just a couple of days wait. He was slightly delayed on the morning of the job but communicated about this well. While here, he was extremely methodical and ensured a high standard of work in all aspects. He also helped us dispose of the old unit via a scrap metal merchant contact. Thank you, Alister! :D

    Following a DIY plumbing calamity, I posted on here for some help or advice on what I was doing wrong. Alistair was the only plumber to respond. After a few messages he came out to take a look and offered some advice. I asked if he could do the work and luckily for me he was available that afternoon. He got the required bits, drained my radiator system, replaced 12 TRVs, refilled and cleared an air lock. He worked hard all day on an old system with many issues and didn't leave until after 9pm! Unbelievable. Would give 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend. Great guy. So happy!!

    Alistair was excellent. He gave good advice on removing existing failed silicone and what to replace it with, accommodated our requests for silicone of appropriate colours to be used, and did a very neat and thorough job.
