The quality of work was good; however, getting hold of the tradesman to book the appointment after I paid a deposit was a nightmare. I'm not sure if they had too many jobs or what had happened. Please do better regarding booking appointments, as that part was stressful and unprofessional. I shouldn't have to chase up an appointment if I paid a deposit.

Sorry again for the confusion over your order. We have a new member of staff and there was a mix up our side over dates. It’s not our usual practice to book things in this way and I’m sorry again you were caught up in this error.
