Replaced leaking toilet ballcock, appt @ 1500-1600 young man arrived 1515, job completed and left @ 1535, excellent job as part of supply pipe had to be removed and replaced with a flexihose, explained working of new cistern as old one was a ballcock assembly, all old materials taken away, (although my recycle bin was offered), and cleared away, impressive work. Invoice in line with published prices, email arrived next day and paid in full, folowed by an email receipt. M.E.WAKEFIELD.

Truly appalling. Engineer tried to rip the gas meter cupboard off the wall, it is a standard box with a key. After an hour I was told that he believes there to be a gas leak in the property ?? Good job I called a gas company when I smelled gas then I suppose ?? Proceeded to rip the gas fire out of the wall and not bother telling me he had broken it.  Its now just hanging there Spent the next hour on his phone Received a quote to fix for almost £1,000 Engineer didnt even look upstairs.    New company called, fixed within 2 hours cost =£265 Advice - steer clear of this company.

I can’t recommend Baldwin Salter highly enough. Fantastic service and quality of work. Baldwin Slater provided a plumber the same day I called. Andy the plumber arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally to fix the leak. He even offered to vacuum up afterwards. The cost of the work was very reasonable. I am completely happy with the service I received from Baldwin Slater and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Baldwin and Salter replaced our old unreliable boiler with a new energy efficient one. The whole process was very friendly and efficient. The cost was competitive and there was no hidden costs. I wish all companies could be like these. They will now be our go to company for our plumbing and heating needs. I will be recommending them to family and friends.
