Had difficulty locking my front door. Called Baldwin Locksmiths and they were there within an hour. Explained exactly what was the problem and how much the repair would cost. Both Locksmiths were friendly and communication was excellent. Would highly recommend this company and would definitely use again if needed Thank you

All help was given over the phone and the person I dealt with was EXTREMELY HELPFUL My problem was the batteries were dead Paul managed to find probably online a way for me to open the safe using an over ride code so that I could change the batteries and he did all of that with NO CHARGE I was very impressed that he went out of his way to be so helpful

Very quick and professional. Our front door was slightly out of line and he made sure it was back in line for a smoother closing of the door. Have 3 keys per new lock and the service was very quick. Very happy with the job and will definitely use them in the future if we need to!

Baldwin Locksmiths came out at short notice to unlock our Citroen AMI. Other locksmith could not due to the unusual nature of the car. Highly recommend. Thank you
