I reached out to Ion to build some bespoke units for us - a mudroom wardrobe/shelves/bench unit and a utility cabinet for washer/dryer/fridge. Ion was quick to come back to me with very clear and prompt communication. We organised a site visit where he better understood our requirements, took measurements and we worked through the design together, with him making recommendations that improved the original designs I had in mind. The finished products are unbelievable! He is a master craftsman and the units look super high end - we're so happy with them and will be using Ion again for other work

Ion from Balanova did an exceptional job on our new kitchen installation. He was very professional from the very beginning, precisely explaining all the work that was involved and providing an accurate estimate of all the work. Ion paid a lot of attention to every little detail and was meticulous in ensuring that every item fitted exactly as was needed to our requirements. Nothing was too demanding and was always willing to put the extra effort to make sure he met all our exacting requirements. Ion also did a bespoke job of refurbishing a storage cupboard with new doors and fittings.

Ion built us a window seat/chest. He was super professional, came and measure up precisely and listened to what we wanted. He built the piece off site and then installed it without any mess or fuss, on time and and for a very reasonable price. Would not hesitate to recommend Ion and we are already lining up more work with him.
