    I called Bait Pest Control and spoke to Muhammed. I expressed my concerns regarding some activity in my loft. He explained everything and was happy to attend my property even though it was a Sunday and 4 days before Christmas. He arrived on time, listened to my concerns and explained the next steps. He took his time to evaluate and address the issue. He confirmed there was activity in the loft, possibly squirrels and treated the area. He was polite, professional and honest. He explained what action he took, how long it would take to be resolved and would follow up in 2 weeks. 100% recommend.
