10 Great service and professional approach

Baillie installations were very quick to respond and were very professional. The details of our request was discussed in detail and every question was answered so we knew exactly that all requirements would be fulfilled. On the day, Steven came at the time advised and then quickly took us through the job and checked what we wanted. Job completed expertly and we are very happy with the outcome. The worker turned up when they said they would, were clearly identified as Baillie staff and were very polite and engaging. They knew what they were here to do and set about fixing our issue straight away. The job was completed quickly and efficiently and there was no mess. Job location: G12Had Steven from Baillies Installations fit both a 65 inch Sky Glass and a 55 inch TV in my house recently. Can’t fault the work! They were prompt, professional, and took great care throughout the entire process. Everything was installed perfectly, and they made sure to clean up completely before leaving. Communication was great from the start, and the whole experience was smooth and stress free. Would definitely recommend and use Steven again.
