Martin and the guys have been great digging out foundations and groundwork to prepare for our extension. In quite difficult circumstances with restricted access and wet weather they managed to organise and complete the work whilst keeping the area as tidy as possible. always feel they have the experience and knowledge to undertake the work , keep us informed and finish on time.

Adding to the long list of jobs carried out by Martin and his team, they have recently completed a path to the front of our house. This consists of stone slabs and accompanying drainage. We’re very happy with the outcome and look forward to inviting Bailey Construction back in the new year for a few more jobs.

Martin and his team recently completed work on a new driveway to the side of our house. This consists of concrete edging blocks, some decorative brickwork edging and a tarmac surface of hardcore. We are very happy with the standard of the work and would be happy to recommend Bailey Construction for any building work.

We recently had Martin and his team back to build us a new patio. This consisted of installation of brickwork and slabs, along with glass side panels. As always the work was completed to a high standard.
