Ben was extremely courteous and carried all work out to a very high standard. As the toilet system is fully enclosed there was a level of investigation first to determine the exact problem and level of damage. Ben explained the issues at each step and what he proposed to rectify the situation. He was also clear as to when he would be attending as we had some minor delays waiting for parts etc.

Professional, tidy, punctual and a nice finish. Also created a bespoke cupboard, seamlessly matching the chosen kitchen.

Overall very pleased with the quality and outcome of the project.

Ben and team, managed another excellent job, removed old ceilings from two bedrooms, installed new plasterboard, plastered and decorated both, as well as redecoration of bedroom walls. All done with care and tidied up each day. Looks great.
