Bob, as always showed up on time and carried out our annual boiler service, we have been using bob for a number of years and will continue to do so. Excellent tradesperson and would recommend to anyone.

With a reference from my sister- in- law who had used Bob and his son a few weeks previously, I phoned to report a minor leak in our boiler. I received a very quick diagnosis and a firm quote and the part was fitted in very good timescale at the time and date given.

Bob was quick to reply and fit me in. He doesn’t work weekends however was flexible during the week around my working hours and came to service the boiler the day after I contacted him. He arrived early and was efficient with the job. He was friendly and informative giving me advice on how to locate my original installation gas safety certificate. Within an hour of his visit he had sent the documents relevant to the job. Great service and would highly recommend.
