BA Heating have been our go to engineer for a number of years now. The team are thorough, friendly and super helpful. They've carried out boiler service checks for us, as well as capping an old gas fire pipe and general heating checks. We had one instances where we thought we could smell gas after a visit and BA Heating took the time to come back as soon as possible to double check. They have always been able to book a visit within a reasonable time frame and complete work to a high standard.

Very efficient and quick service. Arrived on time and was very pleasant and was able to explain all the steps taken and the reason for same. Highly recommend.

Bob came within 20 minutes of my post on Checkatrade, which was on a Saturday afternoon. He was friendly, helpful and diagnosed the problem instantly. Arranged to replace our boiler within days. The engineers were professionaland efficient. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The boiler service carried out by Bob who was very knowledgeable when I asked questions about the heating, the service was carried out very professionally and he kept everything very tidy throughout the service

I used B A Heating when I couldn't get my heating working this winter. He has a pretty good idea of the issue from my description over the phone. He gave a quick time for when he could get out to me and an estimate of the cost confirming that if things ended up more complicated than a 1 hour job or if it needed parts then we would dicuss that then. Bob showed up at the agreed upon time, managing to navigate to my place better than postman can, problem was sorted in under 30 minutes and I'm now warm again. I'll definetly call Bob again if I have need of plumber in the future.
