Made appointment to view the job so as to be able to quote. But they did not turn off and did not inform me.

We live in an old cottage that required significant work. We envisaged the work being done in 3 phases. We contacted over a dozen builders. Bafti was one of two who responded. He is a really excellent communicator and always returns calls and emails, which in and of itself really set him apart from other builders. He helped us refine our plans to ensure that they were both affordable and achievable. The advice he provided was honest, objective and really helpful. The standard of work was exemplary and Bafti was always on hand to make sure things were done correctly. Amazing final results.
