  Would highly recommend, friendly and good workmanship. We even requested extra work when the builder where carrying out the work and this was undertaken with out a problem. They where good with pricing and would use again.

  Kitchen Renoval & Structural Work

  A very good building firm! Our project involved the removal of a chimney breast, installation of structural steelwork and full preparation for a kitchen install. Communication throughout was very good, not only with me but with with the other trades (plumber, electrician, plasterer and tilers etc) and also with building control directly. The team was on site every day and our out tight schedule was kept. Pricing was fair and transparrent. I would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to others. Mark runs his business and team very professionally.

  Loft conversion

  We had a pleasant experience with Mark and his friendly team from start to finish. From first visit and quotation, through to start on site, works progress, completion and snagging; Mark was skilled at keeping us informed throughout, listening to our requirements and making sure that work progressed smoothly. Mark's team worked diligently, professionally, and with due consideration for us and our neighbours' in ensuring the site was left clean and tidy each day. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for future projects.

  The quote was accurate no hidden extras The workforce were friendly and hard working Everyone was very tidy and cleaned up at the end of each day I was kept informed throughout the fitting of when work would be done The standard of finish is excellent I am very very pleased Would definately recommend

  Added extra window to side aspect and built stud partitions to create two rooms

  All works were completed on time and to budget. When extra works were requested midway through job they were quoted for and completed promptly. All staff were punctual and friendly. Left site tidy at the end of each day with a detailed explanation of what works had been completed and what the plan was the following day. Third time I have used Baffins Builders and would highly recommend them to anyone.
