  Builder to rely on.

  Had to have our kitchen roof slightly raised to fit new patio doors in. Joe and the team did an amazing job, isolating one half of the kitchen to protect appliances, cupboards etc before completing the roof. Made good at the end. Can't speak more highly of them and would 100% use again.

  I recently had some work on my roof done, and I am extremely pleased with the result and the service provided! The team were punctual, responsive, and left my property neat and tidy upon completion of the job.   Roof repair

  I looked at previous reviews and chose affine Building & Roofing Services. They sorted a leak in my roof running along the firewall, making good. New lead and all repairs conducted to ensure that it does not leak again. Lovely guys and great service and highly recommend. Will use them again for any other works to be carried out.

  Excellent exterior repair and painting

  Had the front of our house repaired (damaged stonework) and painted - both the walls and the forecourt floor. Jason who did the work was extremely helpful and communicative and did an excellent job of the work (despite terrible weather!) and left everything clean and tidy each day. Mark was great at communications to provide quote, arrange the dates and keep us updated during the work. Thank you team!

  Roofing and internal wall plaster repairs

  Baffins Builders recently carried out two jobs for me: repairs to the tiled roof fire wall/chimney junctions and internal repairs to plaster walls where cracks had appeared. There were two separate teams and both were very professional, considerate of my needs, and carried out the work on time and to the agreed costs. The teams were very polite and friendly and cleaned up after the works were complete - very happy with the work!

  Damp Wall renovation and external decoration
