Babex were excellent. They made good suggestions we hadn’t thought of. They were very tidy, took away all the rubbish and swept everything. They did a couple of extra jobs for us, i.e sorted out our outdoor lights and replaced a rotten pergola post. Barbara who oversees everything kept us informed at all times at every stage. We are very pleased with the final result.

Barbara and the team were a pleasure to have working for me. As inevitably happens small problems arise when matching the old with the new, their input was positive and helpful and produced the excellent results as shown in the attached photos.

These guys are the nicest trades people I’ve ever come across from any trade. So happy to have found them, they have a guaranteed job every year. Price - as good or better than everyone else quoted. Availability - we were being offered slots on 2 months, they came in a week. Communication - fantastic, couldn’t ask for more. If you find normal gardeners and trades people a bit gruff and grumpy, this lot are a breath of fresh air. Honestly couldn’t speak more highly.

Babex constructed a new patio and flower bed on the lower end of the garden. When they came to quote for the job, Alex had some great suggestions to add to our ideas. During the job there were issues with availability of materials, broken down delivery lorries and poor weather! These issues were worked round in a timely manner, so that the job was still completed in good time. Communication, in person and via the Checkatrade App, was fast and clear, so we always knew what was happening. The garden is much improved by their work. I would happily have them do work for us again.

Barbara, Alex and the team were professional, punctual, and a very agreeable price for the work. We will definitely use BABEX again for other jobs.
