    Was slightly frustrated with the timings, however can appreciate that the reasons for delay were out of B4’s control. John did a brilliant job, was very efficient was done within the hour.

    Door fitting, plumbing and extractor fan

    Asked John to help fit a door, remove an old garbage disposal and repair a tap and extractor fan. He was able to fix the extractor fan and bathroom tap easily without needing ton replace them, and did the door and garbage disposal as well. Very friendly and polite, fun to chat to and work was done quickly. Would definitely recommend and will be using John / B4 repairs again.

    Change radiators.

    Didn't turn up. First day booked he said his van was out of action. He came couple days later we agreed price. Job was booked in for 12th May another no show. Doesn't return messages or calls.

    A price wasn't agreed after I turned up as the price was set for 2x radiators to be changed you the told me once I got to site you wanted the pipe work changed to
