Richard installed my Eufy E340 floodlight with camera, and the whole process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. He was very friendly, professional, and thorough in his work. I’ll definitely be using him again in the near future. It’s a real shame I didn’t find him sooner — reliable tradesmen like Richard are extremely hard to come by. Edward and Michelle took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure the system was set up exactly to my needs. Job location: DN8After struggling to find anyone that could help, I was very impressed with the overall service received from B26 Alarms. Edward was able to diagnose the faults and instead of replacing the whole system he was able to service my CCTV and replace just the faulty parts, which was more cost effective and I was grateful for the money saved. A very honest, clean, punctual tradesperson who was not aiming to exploit my situation. What a refreshing change! I had a brand new alarm installed by B26 alarms recently. The service was excellent! Edward arrived on time and fitted the alarm within a couple of hours. He was very tidy and gave me a really clear explanation on how the alarm system worked and helped me set up the app on my phone.
