We agreed a date for the work. I came up from London the night before as the work was due to start at 8am. Nobody showed up. I called to office and was fibbed off. I then received an email advising me that they had tried to contact me but did not have my contact details and assumed the job was cancelled. They did of course have my contact details on my emails.
