A great service from start to finish, we needed a new combi boiler, AZtech supplied and fitted the new boiler including the removal of the old boiler in a day, the service engineer worked non-stop until it was installed and operational, we hardly knew he was there. The admin side of things was all handled professionally including registration of the new boiler with Gassafe and the boiler manufacturer.

Having paid a fortune for an emergency heating engineer to visit late one evening, the 'repair' lasted less than two weeks, and the boiler failed again. Thankfully, AZtech were at hand, and came first thing the following morning. The fault was not easy to diagnose, but AZtech's expertise and methodical testing indicated a broken gas valve. The part was ordered, and fitted a few days later. AZtech kept us informed and squeezed us in to a busy schedule to ensure the heating and hot water were restored. Throughout, AZtech were friendly, tidy and professional. Thank you!

Able to organise appointment swiftly via checkatrade.com app chat. The engineer was polite, called when he was close, and was swift in identifying the issue. The issue was solved a week later, and the engineer did so in a very tidy manner. Very professional.
