Phil was brilliant from start to finish. He went up and looked at the roof, showing us pictures of the holes and problems that were causing the leaks. He explained it all in terms we could understand. He was very honest and answered all our questions. The work was brilliant, they were very tidy and kept us updated throughout. I highly recommend A-Z roofing .

We struggled for years to find a roofing contractor we can trust like this, and we've found them to be an experienced, thorough, and professional outfit. Excellent communications throughout, from call out to completion, including detailed quotes. They've always given us a clear understanding of what needs to be done and why at the outset. Had epdm roof and guttering done by Josh for porch but it wasn't fitted correctly, they came back and ripped off and said they'll be back. Been over 2 months and no response or come back

Cap fitted on original job by trader not suitable ,had to be replaced to more suitable item, this has now been carried out .

Unfortunately after first submitting a positive review post work issues have not been met by trader. Cap fitted is of terracotta colour we thought this was a terracotta cap , however, seems to be metal and very noisy when heavy rain falls which is the case presently. Response from trader was he would look in his shed for a terracotta cap , no contact since. Feel disappointed & let down with follow up response not being adhered to, considering cost of work was £300 & knowing this was a high cost I willing paid due to quick response for the job carried out, no complaints on that .
