Not only was the work completed to the highest standard and with the upmost attention to detail, Nicholas Olteanu is a brilliant person and I was so happy to have him and his team do our building project. It can be daunting choosing a builder, but I can say with absolute confidence that these are pleasant and trustworthy professionals, and I look forward to having them back to do more work (if they’ll have me!)

We had a full bathroom refit by Nicholas and his team. From his first visit to give us a quote we felt very confident in his abilities. No one else we know has ever had builders that turned up on time every day they said they would and worked all day, from 7.30- 5.30 with the added bonus that they bring all their own drinks for their breaks, so no need to make tea for them! The work was carried out carefully and competently and any problems that arose were discussed and resolved. Nicholas was very easy to contact and communicate with at all times.

AZ undertook a garage conversion with replacement to exterior facade and fitted a with new bathroom and rand general refurbishment and Nic was exceptional, he is truly a master builder and knows his stuff. He stuck to the given time frame and budget and was early every morning and he and his team worked dilligently throughout to meet the target date . I would definitely recommend him- he will not let you down!!!

Nic recently redeveloped our kitchen and downstairs bathroom, and once again delivered exceptional work. We hired him back after he renovated our upstairs bathroom four years ago because of his high standards and reliability. He goes above and beyond, offering design input, helping solve problems, and never seeing anything as too much trouble. His attention to detail is excellent, and he keeps the job clean, tidy, and running smoothly each day. We highly recommend Nic for his skill, professionalism, and dedication.

Nicholas and his team did a fantastic job remastering our bedroom (installing new coving and skirting) and meticulously changing two internal doors (dressing room and en suite). They are punctual, polite, professional, considerate and do a very thorough job to a high quality. I will not hesitate in getting Nicholas back to do more work at our home.

A-Z Home Improvements recently completed a full renovation of our 3-bedroom home, and it was genuinely a top-tier experience. Nicholas runs a tight ship — his attention to detail and pride in his work are obvious. From the new kitchen and bathroom to the flooring, rewiring, and decorating, everything was done to a high standard. What impressed us most was how smoothly things ran despite the scale of the job.
