  Adam and his guys did a great job at repairing our roof. This is the second time we have used them and they are very honest and reliable. Would 100% recommend.

  A Y rooflines did a great job replacing a flat roof and felt and batons on our main roof and re using the cleaned original tiles and new ridge tiles and dry verge . The lads worked diligently and professionally and finished ahead of schedule, would highly recommend.

  Roof replacement

  I rang AY Rooflines having discovered a leak in my loft ceiling. Adam came within a few hours and confirmed the flat roof covering would need to be replaced. . However on starting work on that he discovered more issues with rest of roof. He showed me video evidence of damage which was considerable and i decided that the whole roof would need to be replaced Adam began the job immediately and within a very impressive timescale completed the whole job. Adam was very good at providing updates as job progressed and I was very pleased with the finished job. I would recommend highly.

  This is the second time I’ve had work done from Adam (AY rooflines) honestly couldn’t be happier. They did an amazing job! First time round he fixed our damaged leaking roof (never had a single problem since), this time had them round to install new guttering and some other bits to do with the windows. Couldn’t believe how quickly they got the job done! They turned up even when it was freezing and raining, serious credit to all of them, they worked so hard and it all looks beautiful! I’ll be HIGHLY recommending them to anyone that asks me in the future :)

  Would like to start by apologising about this matter we quoted you on a leak on a dorma roof and done and tenant of your property confirmed leak stopped on the dorma roof I’m a little confused about this review as I done some free repair work on the main roof for you for free and stated I Could not guarantee this as advised roof needs replacing you stated you already knew this as two other roofers told you and advised you about this because I wouldn’t do any more free work you have now left a unfair review as the rest of my reviews show I Carry out high standard professional work
