Graham was very efficient, polite, honest and very reliable. He listened to our needs, and did not try and sell features that we didn’t really need. Fitted the alarm system with no issues and explained in detail its operation. First class service throughout.
Graham was always on time. Many are not. Practical and honest about solutions. Did not try to upsell. Examples included 'I know I am doing myself out of money. Yes you could do it that way but it will cost you more. There is another way of doing it if you want'. This is my first experience with Ajax. Simple and easy to operate. Clean user interface with an excellent logging and messaging system. First developed in 2011 in Kyiv Ukraine. I am impressed. Graham sold it and a willingness to provide advice and support at any time inspired confidence.

From initial communication with the company to the site visit and project completion, I got the impression I was in safe hands. The work was carried out professionally and to a high standard. I have no complaints, only compliments. It was a pleasure dealing with Axxess 28.
Graham came and spent a long time investigating the problems with the gates and offering various solutions.His workmanship is excellent and no problem is insurmountable.Will definitely be using him again for servicing and cannot recommend him highly enough
