  Bathroom refurbished

  This is the second time I've requested Andy's services and just like the first he's been exceptional.I contacted Andy some time ago and he was honest from the word go about been really busy and that I would have to wait but when you know your going to get the quility workmanship he delivers,well you just wait,which we did and it was well worth that wait.The attention to detail is above and beyond.Andy and George turn up and don't leave until the full work is complete,which is a very rare commodity these day's.We had afew issues at times but again Andy and George's vast experience over came.5*+

  Re-roof

  I can't recommend Andy highly enough - he re-roofed my entire property, from lat and felt to re-laying existing and new slate. His estimate, cost and time was spot on and his workmanship and professionalism was excellent. He turned up at the same time every day, explained what he was doing and what he had done. I've now learnt; slating is no simple or straight forward task and requires a lot of skill and experience - which Andy had in spades. Clearly an experienced property maintenance guy and all round decent chap.

  Fitted Dormer window, converted loft to a storage room and pointed chimney, repaired slates

  Very professional, honest and friendly. An excellent job that displayed skills and quality from this company. Very impressive work done especially with my loft and Dormer window. They worked within a set timeframe, clean, reliable, great sense of humour and easy to communicate with. I will be using this company for further work in the future. Highly recommend.

  Full house/kitchen extension new roof

  Andrew turned up every morning as promised until the job was complete,both Andrew and George where meticulous in their tasks.The only word that comes to mind is RONSEAL.AW Property did exactly what it said on the tin.The workmanship was excellent,they were both polite and very knowledgeable.Any questions i had were answered.I am now the owner of a very nice new roof and my neighbours have been very forth coming in commenting how well it now looks.Infact i think AW Property may of just got some more similar work on my Road.I will be using Andrew again in the future.Thankyou Again

  Renewal of garage roof using EPDM.

  Andrew's communication from initial contact was exceptional. Kept us informed every step of the way and always turned up exactly when he said he would. Returned to sort out a guttering job for us too. Friendly and reliable. Would not hesitate to recommend.
