  Full house/kitchen extension new roof

  Andrew turned up every morning as promised until the job was complete,both Andrew and George where meticulous in their tasks.The only word that comes to mind is RONSEAL.AW Property did exactly what it said on the tin.The workmanship was excellent,they were both polite and very knowledgeable.Any questions i had were answered.I am now the owner of a very nice new roof and my neighbours have been very forth coming in commenting how well it now looks.Infact i think AW Property may of just got some more similar work on my Road.I will be using Andrew again in the future.Thankyou Again

  Renewal of garage roof using EPDM.

  Andrew's communication from initial contact was exceptional. Kept us informed every step of the way and always turned up exactly when he said he would. Returned to sort out a guttering job for us too. Friendly and reliable. Would not hesitate to recommend.

  Ridge tile repair

  Andrew came on the same day as being contacted to give a quote. Once insurance had paid and scaffolding erected job done in a few days. Would Highly recommend to any prospective clients.

  Replacing dry verge

  Andrew came out within 24 hours of me contacting him where he gave his honest opinion of the work needed and a very fair estimate to complete the work. The work was executed to a fine standard and the property left tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending Andrew to others and will be sure to use Andrew for future work.

  Repairs to main roof area

  Andy came out within 2 hours of my call to look at what was needed gave me his honest opinion and a very fair price to complete the work which needed doing and then completed the work within the week of seeing what needed to be done was on time completed the work to a very good standard stopped the water from getting in to my main bedroom would not hesatate to recommend him to anyone for work a very trust worthy worker who i would use again without question
