  Flat roof garage reroofing - professional and efficient service

  From the initial contact to the completion of the replacement of the flat garage roof communication was excellent. Andrew and George were both professional in their work. Always polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

  Lead box gutter.

  The work that Andy has carried out on my property is brilliant. He has replaced a lead box gutter. It is a shame that nobody will see this work true craftsman's work. At no extra cost Andy did a little extra downpipe and created a hopper head to fit the lead work. On time, on quote and supper tidy and clear, you'd never know they'd been. I know the price of the materials used and the quote was very fair, you get what you pay for and with AW Property Maintenance it's the best.

  Andrew is professional & friendly. Completed the work, to the price quoted. He goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done to his satisfaction. Andrew was recommended to me & I would happily recommend him & use him again in the future. Work was to fit protection to existing solar panels. To reduce debris & birds getting underneath.

  Bathroom refurbished

  This is the second time I've requested Andy's services and just like the first he's been exceptional.I contacted Andy some time ago and he was honest from the word go about been really busy and that I would have to wait but when you know your going to get the quility workmanship he delivers,well you just wait,which we did and it was well worth that wait.The attention to detail is above and beyond.Andy and George turn up and don't leave until the full work is complete,which is a very rare commodity these day's.We had afew issues at times but again Andy and George's vast experience over came.5*+
