  Aaron was amazing. He arrived for our emergency promptly, found the problem snd talked us through the repair. He was very professional and friendly . He left everything clean and tidy.

  Fixing my leaking toilet

  Aaron arrived as promised & on time. I’d been previously advised that I’d potentially need to smash the tiles behind my toilet to access awkward pipework. Aaron said he was sure that wouldn’t be necessary and patiently talked through different options. He came back with the replacement bits, rearranging his jobs around my availability, again arriving on time & as promised. He fixed the toilet without issue & all tiles in tact! I was completely happy with Aaron’s work, approach, and attention to detail. I would not hesitate to use him again, or recommend him to others!

  Leak from Cold Water Tank

  We unfortunately had a leak coming through our ceiling. We called Aaron at 10pm, during our conversation he advised us how to drain our tank so that we could control the leak. He arrived the next day at the time he said he would, he spent 3 hours repairing our leak and also advised on the next steps for our ageing tank. A knowledgeable and amiable guy.
