Very prompt service. The electrician visited late on a Sunday evening and restored our supply. Good value as well. Highly recommended.

Andy's quote was speedy and well-priced - the work itself was carried out at the time arranged and we were kept in the picture all the way through. Andy and Sam were both friendly, helpful and respectful (the suggestion of putting the security light inside the porch roof was a great one and something we wouldn't have thought of ourselves) and we would use this company again as well as recommending AWP to others. Out tenants had an issue with the first floor lighting ring tripping. I had used Andy once before and because he had been quick and efficient, I called him again. Thankfully he was able to come out and identify the problem: a faulty bathroom extractor fan. The tenants were very impressed. In fact we all were and importantly, I thought his charge was quite reasonable.

I found AWP on Checkatrade and selected them because they had a great rating. Andy & Sam from AWP visited me in New King St, Bath to perform an EICR. They were super-flexible with timing, arrived on-time and performed their work quickly and efficiently. The quality and standard of their work was excellent. 100% I recommend them.

Attended incredibly swiftly, found and diagnosed problem within minutes, was able to suggest several options to rectify and was able to rectify on day. Price was really reasonable, I will definitely call them first for any electrical work in future.

AWP did an emergency call out for me on a Sunday, when I had no hot water or heating. They kept me informed regarding arrival times, Andy was polite and extremely professional. He detailed why I was having the problems and the best solution so all was solved in the one visit. I have full confidence in Andy in terms of technical ability, professionalism and relaiability and would definitely use AWP again.
