  Work completed, terrible customer service & communication, misleading pricing

  The engineer was knowledgeable, friendly and completed the task as efficiently as possible. The customer service however is appalling. We were misled into thinking two separate visits would constitute one callout fee if it fell within the hour, then they suddenly charged us twice. Incredibly unprofessional and unfriendly when I contacted them for clarity and insisted we pay despite their false advertising on the actual amount. The engineer isn't the issue, the problem is fixed but I wouldn't trust them to actually give you a realistic price and would never recommend.

  Hard to understand misled when you were invoiced for the initial call out with the quote for repair attached .You agreed repair quote which was actually reduced on completion . Did not answer calls but keyboard warrior

  A W Heating Specialists Ltd installed a Worcester Bosch combi boiler 4 years ago and has provided a service annually as a condition of the extended warranty. The service was carried out cleanlyg and efficiently at the time agreed.

  Ash and his team are responsive, polite, professional. Ash has been my go to Booker service/ repair man for a number of years. Always goes the extra mile to help. When my boiler broke down beyond repair a few years ago during a cold snap he was able to respond and get our heating back up and running the next day. I would recommend.
