The communication through out has been brilliant, and the chap that came out to fix my door was exceptional (Adam I believe his name was). He called me 5 mins before arrival, evaluated the work and discussed with me options, told me the price before starting work. Done a fantastic job and I happily paid the same price quoted. Very professional and friendly. Some of the corporate companies out there could learn a thing or two from AW Garage and Doors repair about customer service and quality workmanship. We have used AW Garage Doors and Repairs several times now. They have recently fitted a new a garage door, replacing an old rusty one we had put in 15 years ago. As we live by the sea, the door perished, but they were great at helping us to maintain the old one when we stared to have problems with it. We also used them to repair a garage door for my parents. They’re a great team of professional workers. Efficient, experienced, polite and respectful. A fair price for a very good job.
