From start to finish to aftercare the whole team at AW Garage Doors have been a joy. Very professional and prompt in liaising with us. The timeline of work was explained and adhered to. I chose an insulated, side opening door in black. No regrets! So easy to use. I can actually use my garage now! It looks amazing as well! A special thanks to Chloe for being so accommodating to my many questions and being tolerant of my preciousness with my door after installation. I am very pleased with the service I received. My fuse box had tripped inside the garage and the crank would not work. Adam and the guys managed to get my curtain roller door opened without having to resort to angle grinding a hole in the door. This saved me a lot of money if I had had to replace it. I highly recommend this company. I called very late on Tuesday night and left a message after the cable on my garage door snapped as I was putting my car away. I received a call back from Chloe, their friendly receptionist, early the next Morning and John & Marc game out on the Thursday early morning to fix it. A new cable was added to both sides.
