James came out to the large private estate where I work in a timely manner. He took the time to listen to what I was hoping to achieve and was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of tree work. He provided a detailed quote via email promptly. A date was agreed, and James and his team arrived early on the scheduled day. They worked hard, were tidy, efficient, and professional throughout. James and his colleague recently completed tree surgery on one of my trees. Reducing the crown and removing a large side branch. The work from start to finish very professional and the finished result was a great improvement. They also ensured that the site was left clean and tidy.
