Front and rear patio

Richard is the best. He understood immediately what we were trying to do. He explained the process clearly and told us what to expect. The work was done to time and the workmanship has been excellent. There were some issues once the building work was started ( with the building not Awbr) and Richard came up with solutions and explained them to us. He recommended suppliers who were excellent. All the guys we met were friendly and helpful. Richard obviously takes great pride in his work and you can tell. Honestly hire them for whatever you need doing.

AWBR took down an internal weight bearing chimney in our living room right through the roof, and then built a new wall to create a hallway from the front door. I am beyond thrilled with how it has all turned out- he was responsive, the contractors he used were great, he was a pleasure to have in our home for several weeks. The work looks great.

Rich was really helpful, listened to all my concerns, areas of importance and tried to address these. He was generally quite responsive to messages and queries. He understood my schedule issues and worked to fit in my job in a time which suited us. Rich was also happy to come and to make alterations if things weren’t quite right. Only thing he doesn’t organise is painting. Love my new bathroom it was done to a good standard.

I cannot fault Richard and his team, they were all so professional, friendly, helpful and the job is outstanding I am so happy with the result and I am not very easily pleased. Gold star - I definitely recommend.

Brilliant. Exteremley reliable and work is to a very high quality. Rich came out and quoted when he said he would and from there turned up every day he said he would with the lads who all worked very hard. Rich also did the knock through for for our kitchen / diner. Both jobs done and dusted 4-5 weeks. Thanks !
