Richard is a very conscious tradesman with an eye for detail who has high standards for himself and the customer. Richard explained everything in plain English and sourced high quality materials offering advice on what to buy and even managed to secure discounts that was much appreciated for an OAP..! I would thoroughly recommend Richard/AWBR Builders and have already secured him for my next job.

Richie and his team ensured that the work happened speedily, to a high standard and with a minimum of disruption. I highly recommend them all. Richie's team were professional and friendly and did not leave until the job was done. They made the whole experience seamless and were are very pleased with the result.

I am very happy with the way the work was carried out and with the high standard of completion. All work was fully compliant with required building regulations and I felt comfortable leaving Richard and his team working at my property whenever I had to go out. Excellent work from Rich, from quoting to completion he was amazing. Rich Gave a complete and clear breakdown of the work to be carried out. On the day we agreed he arrived on time and began by covering existing flooring before taking out the old shower and tiles He was extremely professional and very clean for a builder. The end result was fantastic, I am so happy with the finished product. I would definitely recommend Rich for any building work requirements. He is really personable and has a wonderful friendly nature. In fact I will be booking Rich again to do my kitchen. Thank you Rich

We had a wall removed between separate kitchen and dining room to make an open plan kitchen. From the initial consultation, to communication with the building surveyor, to the actual building work, Richard was brilliant. He worked hard, was clean and tidy and kept us informed all the way. We will definitely be using him again for our bathroom refit. Would highly recommend!
