Ashley was great coming out to quote for the work and he was honest about what needed to be done regarding the condensation and mould issues. He and his team arrived promptly each day during the work being undertaken, they were very polite and great to talk to. The quality of work carried out is exceptional and they were extremely tidy afterwards as well once the work was finished. I’ll always recommend AV to anyone who needs damp and plastering work without hesitation.

I would 100% recommend Ashley and his team. From the initial quote to the final handover, they were professionals. Ashley communicated every detail clearly, including necessary adjustments found during the job, and his expertise was evident in the way he answered our questions. The team were polite and remarkably tidy despite the messy nature of the work, providing daily progress updates. We are delighted with the finished room, excellent service throughout.

I cannot rate Ashley and his team higher! From the first communication to the job done everything was absolutely excellent. Every question was answered and the new plaster looks great. No question that if any further plastering needs to be done this is the only place I would go!
