Avou were very responsive via the app, attended on time to quote and arrived on time for the agreed job. The job was a full deep clean of 4 floors of a house including cleaning all carpets, a cellar and kitchen appliances. The house had not been maintained for a while but Avou did a fantastic job. 4 people worked solidly for 10hrs to complete the job in a day. The only criticism was that they were difficult to get hold of during the day to get an update (they were left unattended due to the house being empty) but otherwise a great job.

Excellent service. Contacted the company and within 24 hours they were at my kitchen cleaning it inside and out. I pointed out areas which I thought needed extra attention and they reciprocated the feedback and worked on those areas. Reasonably priced. Would use again.

3 hours of hard work resulting in two rooms that look and feel fabulous. Both workers were polite , friendly and efficient. I can't fault anything.

Everything was as discussed, no issue and left the home clean and smelling lovely.
