Avon water came out to repair a leaking pipe throughout the job they were honest and transparent about what needed to happen, both workers were polite. The company supported throughout the process and made the job stress free and easy.

Had an underground water leakon a pipe supplying an apartment I own . Avon Water Services , honestly they’re an absolutely brilliant company . Richard was absolutely superb from start To finish. He has proved himself to be a very experienced, extremely competent, reliable Engineer. The leaking joint was diagnosed and repaired in a very short period. He always responded and clarified any concerns or questions that I had. His price for the job was also the best that I had. I’d absolutely recommendAvon Water Services. Well done Richard. The job turned out not to be straightforward. However the service they provided was exceptional. When faced with an issue they very quickly solved it. The installers were very personable and kept us informed of every aspect. They provided a very professional service and certainly knew what they were doing. A concern we had about the block paving and concreting was unfounded. They returned everything to exactly how it was. We would not hesitate to recommend them.We appreciate them informing us of the incentive to have lead piping removed by the water company & providing us with the information

Richard answered my call around 9pm on 23 April 2025. Visited my home to find a leak within 24 hours of me contacting him. He was professional from the get go and did not take 5 minutes to find the leak and offered a solution. He was extremely friendly and kept the communication going. I offered a fee for coming out to identify the leak but he refused. As it was a very minor solution, I managed to replace the leaking hose at the back of my washing machine which was installed in a very tight space. Richard helped to pull the machine out quickly and wished me all the best before leaving.

After all the excellent reviews, I contacted Richard, he answered the call and visited my home within 24 hours. Found the leak in under 5 minutes and offered a solution. Quick and extremely easy to communicate as well as very friendly chap. Did not even charge me anything. I'm saving your number for any plumbing issues I may have. Highly recommend this plumber. No hesitation in giving Avon Water Services a 10 out of 10 review and highly recommending their work to anybody - they are a wonderful company. We had a shared supply leak issue which was stressful.
