Richard answered my call around 9pm on 23 April 2025. Visited my home to find a leak within 24 hours of me contacting him. He was professional from the get go and did not take 5 minutes to find the leak and offered a solution. He was extremely friendly and kept the communication going. I offered a fee for coming out to identify the leak but he refused. As it was a very minor solution, I managed to replace the leaking hose at the back of my washing machine which was installed in a very tight space. Richard helped to pull the machine out quickly and wished me all the best before leaving.

After all the excellent reviews, I contacted Richard, he answered the call and visited my home within 24 hours. Found the leak in under 5 minutes and offered a solution. Quick and extremely easy to communicate as well as very friendly chap. Did not even charge me anything. I'm saving your number for any plumbing issues I may have. Highly recommend this plumber. No hesitation in giving Avon Water Services a 10 out of 10 review and highly recommending their work to anybody - they are a wonderful company. We had a shared supply leak issue which was stressful. Recommended to me by Severn Trent Water as my elderly motherin law had a leak under her house. Called and spoke to Richard who came the same day, he explained exactly what needed doing and why and was great with my very anxious mum in law. He was able to send two lovely guys round the next day who carried out the work with no mess. Reasonable price for the job so wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company.

My initial request was answered promptly. A survey of the site and work required was undertaken and a fair quotation received within the hour. I was very impressed. The work involved was carried out the following day and the leak has been resolved. I very much appreciated the efficiency and speed with which the company dealt with this matter.

The team who completed the work were professional, efficient and left everything clean and tidy - you would barely know they had been. Definitely recommend Avon, can not fault them!
