  Student let conversion

  Team Apm Steve and co came i to revamp our student let to a high standard repairing all the wear and tear on walls doors and the kitchen and bathroom with hard wearing wipeable paint, new bath and shower, Worktop skirting boards and a new door. All done within budget.

  Steve did some work at my house and was excellent from start to finish. Expectations were clearly set upfront, communication was smooth throughout, and the work was completed to a high standard. He was professional, friendly, and respectful of my home, leaving everything clean and tidy. I’d happily recommend him and would use him again.

  We had a few tricky little jobs and Steve did a great job on all of them. Fixed a rotting door frame, re-roofed our shed, and advised and treated some damp coming through an outer wall. He was prompt, reliable, trustworthy and excellent value for money. We will be getting him back in the spring. Highly recommend him.

  High standard works completed in house and garden- happy customer!

  This is the second time we have used Steve to complete some jobs on our property and garden and can highly recommend him. He is a pleasure to have around and finishes his work to a high standard. Some of the bigger jobs undertaken include, tiling in the kitchen and bathroom, some plumbing work, fixing cupboards and skirting boards, then some paving work around the house/garden.
