  full redecoration of student houses

  Stevie, Joe and Marcus came in for a quick turnaround on a full redecoration of two HMO properties in Oldfield Park in bath, getting both ready for new tenants. Particularly bad in some areas with failed plaster work and holes everywhere , oily blue tack residue on the walls and in need of new skirtings and covings in some areas the guys brought everything back to a great standard!

  Overgrown Gardens Spruced & Various items to tip

  My back and front gardens were very overgrown (not touched for 6 months!) and Stevie did an amazing job. He also took endless items to the tip for me. Nothing was a problem His pricing was completely transparent and very reasonable. Stevie was courteous, efficient and trustworthy. As a single woman I tend to be wary of workmen coming to my home. I felt comfortable and at ease with Stevie. I would thoroughly recommend Avon Property Maintenance and will be passing on his details to friends and family.
