Dan from AV Kings removed a dislodged aerial for me, and his communication was outstanding from start to finish. He was responsive, professional, and made sure to contact me ahead of the appointment, allowing me to plan my time accordingly.
Dan was courteous and took the time to explain the work he was carrying out. He completed the job efficiently and to a high standard, ensuring everything was done properly.
