  Jake, Ollie and team were a pleasure to have around. Friendly, polite and willing to go the extra mile to get things right. Jake is an excellent communicator and always let me know what the plan for the day was. He was keen to discuss every aspect of the job, and the house looks very good at the end of it! Billing was very honest and transparent: all the receipts for materials were presented and all trade discounts passed on to the customer. Thanks Jake!

  Jake communicated well before and during the job. His team turned up on time and worked well, tidying up any mess as they went along. He was flexible and able to work around our requirements to use various spaces.

  Jake was extremely thoughtful and helpful in planning, keeping cost down as and where he could to meet out budget. His Communication was on point and he is a very easy gentleman to work with. The quality of jakes work speaks for itself, me and my wife still can't believe the finish he was able to achieve.

  Jake and his team are the most honest, reliable, trustworthy, easy-going yet professional, joyful, and open-hearted tradespeople you could ever wish for. Jake assured us of completing the full interior with perfection to detail, even taking on works not within their remit, by bringing Dave to fit new kitchen worktop and double cabinet. They did not disappoint. All the while they worked together with light-hearted ease and flow, which made the experience a pleasure from start to finish. Our finished home feels infused with spirit, heart and soul because of their labour of love. Thank you!

  Jake, from very first contact to completion of work, was professional, courteous, respectful, flexible, and accommodating to our every need especially with our time-constraints by rearranging smaller part-day jobs to fit 5 full days work required. Jake met me to review in depth what needed to be done to bring this tired one-bed rental property which had been damaged significantly by previous tenants, back to life. He and his team worked together seamlessly with a sense of flow, thoroughness, attention to detail, joyfulness and true heart and pride, going above and beyond. Magic was the result
